1. Introduction

Welcome to www.vanvision.ca. By using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

VanVision Autotech is a registered corporation operating in British Columbia. We provide mobile and on-site automotive technology installation services throughout the Lower Mainland.


2. Services Provided

VanVision Autotech provides professional automotive technology installation services in British Columbia, Canada. Our services include, but are not limited to:

Dash Cam Installation
Car Radio & Multimedia System Installation
Parking Sensor (Parktronic) Installation
Rear View & 360° Surround Camera Installation
Police Radar Installation
BI-LED & Laser Lens Headlight Upgrades
Halogen to LED Conversion
Car Soundproofing & Interior Noise Reduction
Car Lighting & Exterior LED Upgrades

We offer a wide range of specialized automotive solutions, including professional wiring, system integration, diagnostic checks, component upgrades, and full installation services tailored to each vehicle.

3. Booking and Payment

To schedule any automotive service, clients may submit a request through our website or contact us directly. Once the service details are confirmed, we will provide a formal agreement outlining the scope of work and the installation date.

Deposit:
A 50% non-refundable deposit for parts required for your service is necessary to secure your booking. This deposit must be paid before VanVision Autotech orders any parts for your vehicle. The deposit is non-refundable if the client cancels the appointment or does not show up

Payment Methods:
We accept the following payment methods:

  • E-transfer
  • Cash
  • Debit and Credit Card (Terminal Payment in-store)
  • Contactless tap payments (where supported)

Payment for Services:
All services must be paid in full prior to the completion of the installation.


4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

4.1 Parts Deposit

A 50% non-refundable deposit of the total parts cost is required before VanVision Autotech orders any parts for your vehicle.

4.2 Refundability

  • The deposit is non-refundable if the customer cancels the appointment.
  • The deposit may be refunded only if the customer reschedules their appointment within 30 days from the original booking date.
  • If the customer does not show up and does not reschedule within 30 days, the deposit is forfeited.

5. Payment for Services

The remaining balance for services is due on or before the installation day.
No service will be completed unless payment is received in full.


6. Cancellation & Rescheduling

6.1 Cancellations

VanVision Autotech does not allow cancellations. Customers may only reschedule.

6.2 Rescheduling

Appointments may be rescheduled within 30 days without losing the deposit.
Failure to reschedule within 30 days results in a forfeited deposit.

6.3 No-Show Policy

There is no additional no-show fee.
However, failing to reschedule within 30 days results in the loss of the deposit.


7. Warranty

7.1 Installation Warranty

We offer installation warranty based on the specific product and manufacturer’s guidelines.

7.2 Customer-Supplied Parts

If customers provide their own parts:

We are not responsible for part defects, failures, or incompatibility.

We install them as-is,

We provide installation warranty only,


8. Parts Policy

All special-order parts purchased by VanVision Autotech are non-refundable, except when the customer reschedules within 30 days.

Electrical components, lighting products, and custom-ordered items are not eligible for returns or refunds.


9. Refund Policy

No refunds on labor once work has been completed.

No refunds on electrical parts or lighting, whether installed or not.


10. Liability & Responsibility

VanVision Autotech is not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing vehicle issues, wiring problems, or damage unrelated to our installation
  • Lost or corrupted dash-cam footage
  • Aftermarket product defects, malfunction, or manufacturer failures
  • Vehicle warranty conflicts caused by third-party products
  • Damage resulting from improper use, accidents, or external factors beyond our control

11. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must ensure:

  • Their vehicle is in safe, operable condition at the time of service
  • Accurate information is provided regarding the vehicle and requested installation
  • They arrive on time or communicate in advance regarding rescheduling

Failure to do so may affect installation quality, warranty, or timing.


12. Privacy Policy

VanVision Autotech collects customer information solely for booking, scheduling, communication, and service-related purposes.

We may store:

  • Name
  • Phone number
  • Email address
  • Vehicle details
  • Service records

We do not share or sell personal information to third parties.

13. Governing Law

All services, policies, and agreements are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada.


14. Acceptance of Terms

By booking or receiving services from VanVision Autotech, the customer acknowledges and agrees to all Terms & Conditions listed above.
